Use the search bar at the top of any page. Type keywords related to the document title, subject, or author. You can also use the filter dropdowns on the search results page to narrow by category, file type, date, or sort order.

Yes. The homepage displays top-level categories. Click any category to see its sub-categories and documents. Categories are organised in up to 4 levels for easy navigation.

APOSS hosts a variety of document formats including PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, and more. The format badge is displayed on each document card and on the document viewer page.

Click on any document card to open the viewer. PDF documents render directly in your browser using our built-in PDF viewer — no plugins required. Use the navigation controls on the left to jump between pages, zoom in or out, or go fullscreen.

If a download link is available for a document, you will see a Download button on the viewer page. Not all documents have downloads enabled — this is at the discretion of the uploader.

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Our PDF viewer uses PDF.js and works best in modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). If the problem persists, please contact support with the document URL.

Click the bookmark icon on any document card or on the viewer page to save it. Logged-in users have their bookmarks saved to their account. Guest users can bookmark documents within their current session.

Open the document viewer and click the Share button to copy the link or share to social media. Click the Embed button to get an iframe code you can paste into your own website.

You need a registered account to upload documents. After logging in, go to the WordPress admin dashboard, select Documents → Add New, fill in the title and description, upload your PDF via the Document Details meta box, assign a category, and publish.

You can upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, PPTX, and XLSX files. The in-browser viewer currently renders PDFs natively. Other formats are available for download but may not render in the viewer.

File size limits are set by the server. Contact us if you need to upload a particularly large file and we'll advise the best approach.

No. You may only upload content that you own or have explicit permission to share. Uploading copyrighted content without permission violates our Terms of Service and may result in your account being suspended. See our DMCA Policy for how we handle takedown requests.

Click "Sign in" from the header and follow the registration link. You will need a valid email address.

On the login page, click "Lost your password?" and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
